Viewing

We welcome viewers to the home and do not require specific appointment times for your visit however we do ask that you contact the home to speak with our manager or a member of the nursing team to ensure someone will be available on the day of your visit to speak to you about the home and also to ensure the home is suitable for the needs of your relative.

Admissions

If you decide to place your relative in our care we would first need to carryout a pre-admission assessment to ensure we can provide the type of care your relative requires.

Following this we will liaise with the relevant Care Manager or Social Worker to arrange admission which can generally be arranged within a very short space of time.
